Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, operates in the construction business in Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China. It operates through Superstructure Building and RMAA Works Service; and Reverse Supply Chain Management and Environmental-Related Service segments. The company offers construction, repair, maintenance, alteration, and addition (RMAA) works services for superstructures; and reverse supply chain management and environmental-related services, including trading of industrial materials, recycling of retired EV batteries, and using technologies to re-engineer the batteries to battery energy storage system to provide electricity for the equipment in construction sites. It also provides solutions, such as smart building energy-saving construction, new battery energy storage system, green design and energy-saving materials, smart building energy management, comprehensive building intelligent control services, and smart energy audit; electric vehicle charging facility infrastructure and installation, and charging field equipped with energy storage system; and global service network, power battery processing facility, recycling of power batteries, and application scope of power batteries. In addition, the company offers EV charging and electrical works services; and engages in trading of industrial products. The company was formerly known as Golden Ponder Holdings Limited and changed its name to Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited in October 2023. Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited was founded in 1985 and is headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
