The Solar Energy segment manufactures and sells polycrystalline silicon materials, silicon wafer, and silicon solar cells and modules. The Solar and Other segment engages in the production and sale of polysilicon and solar cell module products, photovoltaic energy development and other products, etc. The company also provides renewable energy products, such as PV batteries and modules; and new materials and information display products comprising ultra-thin electronic glass and display devices. In addition, it engages in the project development, construction, operation, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic power plants. The company was formerly known as China Southern Glass Co., Ltd. and changed its name to CSG Holding Co., Ltd. in March 1993. CSG Holding Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1984 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, the People's Republic of China.
