OMV Petrom S.A., an energy company, engages in the exploration and production of oil and gas in Southeastern Europe. As of December 31, 2021, the company had total proved oil and gas reserves of approximately 419 million barrels of oil equivalent; and proved and probable oil and gas reserves of approximately 680 million barrels of oil equivalent in Romania.
