We monitor companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ and NYSE American, and we monitor them against their filed annual accounts. Where we hold no filings, we hold nothing to check a rule against, and we would rather you knew that now than after a subscription.
What the answers mean
- Watched
- We hold ten or more filed fiscal years for the company. A rule you write is re-checked every night against those filings, and a rule can be tested against the years already on file before you commit to it.
- Watched, short history
- Filed accounts are on record, and fewer than ten years of them. That is the company's whole filed history in our records, not a sample of it, and a test against the past covers exactly those years.
- Not watched
- Either the listing is outside the exchanges we follow, or we hold no filed accounts for it. The answer says which, and whether it is a gap that closes or a boundary that does not move.
