It also provides HR Core for people management, and employee and manager self-service; Hybrid Work, a tool to manage capacity restrictions and make scheduling for teams across the organization; Wellbeing that offers employees with health and wellbeing resources; and HR Survey to conduct and manage staff surveys. The company was incorporated in 2002 and is based in Sydney, Australia.
